Translation Service

French or Spanish translation is an independent third party service contracted service. LaTasha Robinson, LaTashaRobinson.com, and/or LaTasha Robinson Ministries will not be responsible for the service provided by the third party service provider. You will need to deal directly with the translator you contracted for any disputes.

Translators are sworn to confidentiality and will not share and information regarding your session. Any breach of trust or confidence will result in the automatic termination of the translator’s contract. The translator will be in a private space during their appointment to ensure that confidentiality is respected.

You are responsible for notifying and coordinating your appointments with your translator. LaTasha or LaTashaRobisnon.com will not be responsible for any missed appointments due to the customer’s failure to coordinate translation. We recommend contacting the translator prior to paying for the service to verify they have an availability that matches your schedule. We will provide you with the contact information for your translator, please reach out to them before you schedule your first appointment. You are also responsible forwarding the zoom link to your translator.

The cost of translation is $15/hour for individual appointments and classes.

Payment plans are only available for our programs which are three months or longer. If you chose to use a payment plan to pay for your translation service, it is your responsibility to coordinate the arrangements with your translator directly. If you default on a payment your translation services will be suspended and any resulting inability to complete appointments will be the responsibility of the client and not LaTasha, LaTashaRobinson.com or coaching. All payments for services will be done in advanced.
